Established in 1984, Vazan started its activities with a strong desire to help our country’s development. Today, we have a proud track record spanning over three decades of delivering civil engineering and construction projects, all of which have played a role in Iran’s prosperity. Our work to date has included a wide range of construction and development activities across a broad spectrum of areas, such as health, educational and administrative buildings, urban development, sports facilities, major industrial projects, water projects, as well as major infrastructure and transportation projects. A selection of our projects includes; Shahroud Hospital, the Tabriz, Zaferanieh and Ardebil Medical Centres, the Siah Bisheh Power Plant residential complex, Maragheh Hospital, the Orumiyeh Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Orumiyeh Specialised and Veterinary Hospital, the Sabzevar Ferrochrome Project, the Sabzevar Faculty of Literature & Humanities, the Sabzevar Teacher Training University, the Khorasan facilities of Iran Khodro, the Bakhtar and Farahzad Canals, groundworks and concrete operations in preparation for the Tehran East Terminal construction, the construction of canals and sediment ponds for the Darabad and Wardavard Canals, construction of a 6,000-person capacity sports hall in Orumiyeh, building the concrete structures of the 400-bed Islamshahr Hospital, the Mehr Housing project in Zia-Abad (Islamshahr), the Tabriz Oil Company Clinic and the 360-bed Ilam Hospital. Our engineers, project managers and other specialists have worked tirelessly on these and many other projects over the past decades. Some of our projects, such as the construction of the Sabzevar Faculty of Literature & Humanities, serving as the largest educational centre in the east of the country, and Orumiyeh Veterinary School located in the Nazlu University Campus (the largest veterinary school in the Middle East), was inaugurated and commended by President Rafsanjani in 1995. These, and many of our other projects, have given Vazan the honour of designing and implementing projects of national significance and impact. With almost four decades of tireless efforts, Vazan is proud to be ranked first in construction and facilities, third as a water projects contractor and fifth in the areas of road, transportation, and oil and gas, by the Management and Planning Organization (MPO). We are also proud of having achieved a first ranking in urban development and mass housing, as well as executive and project management excellence, by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Our strong desire is to continue using our expertise and experiences, combined with up to date equipment and technical knowledge, for the continuous improvement and development of our country.
